Best Lane and Ione Avenue <br />Project Description: This project consisted of rehabilitation of two streets in the Harlow <br />Neighborhood in Council Ward 4: <br />Best Lane from Willakenzie Road to Kentwood Drive <br />· <br />Ione Avenue from Best Lane to Adkins Street <br />· <br />Treatment Methodology: <br />Best Lane was rehabilitated by removing and replacing the existing 6” asphalt surfacing. <br />· <br />Ione Street was rehabilitated by removing and replacing the top layer of worn asphalt <br />· <br />surfacing.
