<br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />TRANSPORTATION SDC PROJECT PLAN, 2018 <br />TRANSPORTATION PRIORITIES <br /> <br />TSP PRIORITIES AND PROJECT CATEGORIES <br />The 2035 Transportation System Plan (TSP) includes five categories of transportation programs and infrastructure <br />improvements to fulfill the plan’s goals and policies. These categories suggest timeframes for implementation <br />based on complexity, likely available funding (including potential funding sources), and assessment of need, and <br />include: <br />Projects to be completed within 20 years; <br />Operational projects (on-going); <br />Projects to be completed upon development; <br />Projects to be completed beyond 20 years; and <br />Study projects. <br />PROJECTS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 20 YEARS <br />These projects represent the City’s current priorities for implementation in the next 20 years (up to the year 2035). <br />Projects in this category may be funded through a variety of sources including federal, state, or local transportation <br />funds, Transportation System Development Charges (TSDCs), partnerships with private developers, or a combination <br />of these sources.
