Any firm, corporation, business, association or <br />person associated with a social game who violates any of the provisions of Sections 3.870 <br />through 3.876 of the Eugene Code, 1971, may subject to civil penalties, as set forth in Chapter 3 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971.
