A site visit may be required to verify the information submitted. <br /> <br />The City Engineer may approve, approve with conditions or reject the plan's conclusions <br />on the amount of impervious surface or building foot print. In the event that the <br />conclusions are approved, the customer will receive a credit for any excessive impervious <br />area-based charges paid during all or part of the 12 months preceding the application. <br /> <br />The number of ESUs will continue until the property is further developed or until the <br />City engineer determines the property no longer qualifies for the adjustment given.
