In response to Ms. Bettman, Mr. Heuser said there currently were no rail initiatives. Amtrak continued to hemor- <br />rhage from continued funding cuts. <br /> <br />Mr. Heuser said the United Front trip would be either the last weekend in February or the first weekend in March. <br /> <br />Delta Ponds and Springfield Mill Race: The Water Resources Development Act had passed the Senate, and the <br />House expected to move forward during the lame duck session. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Preview of Possible 2007 United Front Agenda <br /> <br />Deferred to next meeting <br /> <br /> <br />6. Endangered Species Act Resolution <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Ms. Bettman, moved to forward the resolution supporting <br />the Endangered Species Act to the City Council.
