Section 2. The findings set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance are adopted as <br />findings in support of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in <br />other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed <br />herein. <br />Section 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance <br />is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion <br />shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br />Section 5.
