The remainder of the day was spent discussing proposed new objectives, as well as discussing <br />items that were raised as issues, but not appropriate for a council goals strategic issue in this <br />review. Strengthen Parameters placed around this objective by some council members in <br /> Relationship order to garner their support include: 1) "Partnerships must be a two-way <br /> with U or O street; 2) High level policy relationship only; 3) Clarification of community <br /> values that will inform the relationship and provide direction to staff. <br /> <br /> ? ? 2.
