Councilor Pap~, seconded by Councilor Nathanson moved to extend the <br /> meeting by 5 minutes and also moved to keep the record for the hearing <br /> open until Monday June 16, at 5 p.m. Roll call vote; The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />Doug DuPriest, 777 High Street, spoke representing California/Oregon Broadcasting. He <br />reiterated the comments of Mr. Sargent and requested that Tax Lot 600 be removed from the <br />inventory. He stressed that the site was fully developed with communications facilities and noted <br />that written material and photos had been submitted to staff in December 2002. <br /> <br />Art Farley, 1667 Fairmount, said the original Goal 5 criteria had not approved safe harbor. He <br />said it was time to move to Phase 2 of the process. He noted that 6,000 properties were included <br />in the inventory list and expressed his opinion that the work done was generally correct and that <br />the few errors were being highlighted by those testifying that evening. <br /> <br />VII.ACTION: Resolution 4759 Establishing and Declaring the City of Eugene's Compliance <br /> with ORS 453.370 (4) <br /> <br />The item was postponed to a later date. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Dennis M.
