Sue Prichard - spoke in support of vacating E. 5th Alley. 2. Phil Farrington - spoke in support of vacating E. 5th Alley. 3. Jenny Ulum - spoke in support of vacating E. 5th Alley. <br /> Neutral No one spoke with a neutral stance on this issue. Oppose No one spoke in opposition to this issue.
