Resolution 4908 <br />On April 18, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4908, “A Resolution Establishing <br />Policy Governing City Testimony and Funding Requests, and Repealing Resolution No. 4139”. <br />This speaks to the issue of testimony before legislative bodies, funding requests and the role of <br />the Council in setting legislative policy. This Resolution is incorporated into this document as <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />15. City Council Operating Agreements <br />The operating agreements of the IGR Committee are to be incorporated into the Operating <br />Agreements of the Eugene City Council. As the IGR Committee is a subset of the City Council, <br />any and all process and operating agreements supersede this document.
