MINUTES <br />Eugene City Council <br />Harris Hall, 125 East 8th Avenue <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 <br />July 16, 2018 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Councilors Present: Emily Semple, Betty Taylor, Alan Zelenka, Jennifer Yeh, Mike Clark, Greg <br />Evans, Claire Syrett, Chris Pyror <br />Mayor Vinis opened the July 16, 2018, public hearing of the Eugene City Council. <br />1. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Concerning the Skinner Butte Height Limitation Area, <br />and Amending Section 9.6715 of the Eugene Code, 1971 (City File CA 18-3) <br />Mayor Vinis opened the quasi-judicial public hearing. <br />Council Discussion <br />• All councilors disclosed that they individually met with Casey Barrett and Brian Obie to <br />discuss the Obie project. <br />Support <br />1. Casey Barrett - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />2. Sue Prichard - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />3. Sean Camblin - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />4. Stephanie Kimmel - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />5. Tim Campbell - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />6. Chris Boone - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />7. Jenny Ulum - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />8. Tom Stewart - spoke in support of the Skinner Butte height limitation area. <br />9.
