This type of exemption has been extremely under-utilized and <br />it would be highly beneficial for its use to be associated with a project with such strong community <br />support. Furthermore, the Multi-Unit Property Tax Exemption is very limited in geographic scope, and this particular <br />project intends to utilize it precisely as it was intended.
