The question is not applicable. <br /> <br /> Re #2 and #3: Again this year, there have been too many cases in which Council intent and <br /> direction has seemingly been ignored or at least half-forgotten in between the Council meeting <br /> and the ultimate implementation or follow-up. As one small example (among many) that comes <br /> to mind: After a work session regarding the emergency plan that had clear council direction, the <br /> follow-on AIS came out with no implementation or even acknowledgement of most of the <br /> previous direction. It took a follow-up email from me reiterating what had already been said at <br /> Council to get the changes done. I shouldn't need to have to bird-dog so much. <br /> <br /> 2. I think Dennis walks a tightrope between Council direction and the knowledge of what he <br /> thinks is best for the organization. This is sometimes the same goal. Executive Team has been <br /> very responsive to Council priorities and Council direction. I personally appreciate the speed of <br /> which the Council priorities are being addressed. Organizationally speaking: I am very pleased <br /> to at the level of professionalism that is evident in all levels and departments. I think that as we <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
