Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend the executive session. ,411 other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. PUBLIC FORUM Mayor: The Pubfic Forum is an opportunity for individuals' to speak to the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight's agenda as a pubfic hearing. Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights' indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds' to complete your comments'. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
