RESOLUTION NO. _______ <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TRANSPORTATION SDC PROJECT <br />PLAN. <br /> <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> A. The City of Eugene’s Transportation System Development Charge Project Plan <br />(“the Plan”) attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution includes a list of the transportation capital <br />improvements that the City intends to fund with revenues from a System Development Charge <br />(“SDC”) improvement fee, and the estimated costs, timing and percentage of costs eligible to be <br />funded with revenues from improvement fees for those capital improvements, as provided in ORS <br />223.309. <br /> <br /> B. Public involvement was a major component of the Plan preparation process, <br />culminating with a public hearing on June 18, 2018. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Based on the above findings which are adopted, and the public hearing held on <br />this matter, the City of Eugene’s Transportation System Development Charge Project Plan <br />attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution is approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
