Report on other Legal and Regulatory Requirements <br />In accordance with the Minimum Standards of Audits for Oregon Municipal Corporations, we have issued <br />our report dated November 30, 2018 on our consideration of the City’s compliance with certain provisions <br />of laws and regulations, including the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes as specified in Oregon <br />Administrative Rules.
