<br />a) Beginning Working Capital Reconciliation: Increase the budgeted Beginning Working Capital by
<br />$7,928,449, decrease Capital Projects appropriations by $25,174, and increase Balance Available by
<br />$7,953,623. These adjustments bring the FY19 Budgeted Beginning Working Capital in compliance with the
<br />audited FY18 actual revenues and expenditures as determined by Isler & Company, LLC, the City's external
<br />auditor.
<br />b) New Revenues: Recognize Charges for Services revenue by $32,256 for revenues received from the
<br />purchase of property easements and increase capital appropriations by the same amount. Recognize Interfund
<br />Transfers revenue from the General Fund in the amount of $900,000 for homeless shelter options and increase
<br />Capital Projects by the same amount.
<br />c) Capital Carryover Reconciliation: Decrease Capital Carryover appropriations by $1,112,068 and increase
<br />Balance Available by the same amount. This adjustment reconciles the FY19 Capital Carryover Estimate to the
<br />actual ending FY18 capital projects balance.
