I will: <br />1. Allow only those listed on the Program Sign-Up and the Release of Claims Agreement at the <br />trailer. <br />2. Treat [staff, volunteers, employees, etc.] with respect. <br />3. Maintain the trailer and surrounding area in a clean and tidy manner. <br />4. Refrain from asking for money, goods, or services from [staff, volunteers, employees, etc.]. <br />5. Remember that I am at someone’s church and will respect their beliefs. [if applicable] <br />6. Refrain from physical, verbal, or emotional abuse toward any man, woman, or child. <br />[Optional:] Any person convicted, under investigation, or suspected of sexual offenses is <br />disqualified from receiving services from this program. <br />7. Not engage in confrontational behavior while on or near the property. <br />8. Illegal drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited. If suspected of being under the influence of <br />alcohol or drugs, I will agree to submit to a drug test upon request. <br />9. Smoke only in designated outside areas. Absolutely NO smoking in the trailer. <br />10. Not bring weapons of any kind onto property. <br />I understand that violation of these rules may result in a written warning, suspension of services, or <br />immediate termination of services.
