Attachment E <br /> <br /> Oversight System Decision Points: Commissioner Voting Record <br /> <br />The Police Commission adopted its recommendations for the police oversight model over the course of four meetings in June and <br />July, 2005. To the extent possible, members used consensus to make final decisions. However, where there were substantive issues <br />on the fimction of the model, or disagreement with some portion of the process, a formal vote was taken.
