Description of subject property: <br />Map and tax lot 17-03-33-12-00200 is approximately 0.42 acres in size. It is designated in the <br />Metro Plan as Low Density Residential. It is zoned AG (Agricultural) with the UL (Urbanizable <br />Land) overlay. The site contains an existing single family residence with two accessory <br />structures used for storage of building materials associated with the construction business <br />operated by the property owner. These structures are intended to remain on the property. Tax <br />Lot 200 is contiguous to the incorporated city limits of Eugene along its entire eastern, southern <br />and western boundaries. <br />2. Summary of land use request: <br />The applicant requests to annex all of TL No. 200, such that the /UL overlay will be removed. <br />The applicant will also be submitting a zone change application in conjunction with this <br />annexation to rezone the property to R-1 low density residential to bring the site into conformity <br />with the Metro Plan designation for the site. <br />
