Prior to permit issuance, a "homeowner" must provide the city with two forms of <br />documentation to verify the applicable occupancy/residency requirement. Acceptable <br />documentation includes voter's registration, driver's license, homeowner's insurance, income tax <br />filing, and/or utility bill. A "homeowner" under subsection (a) of this provision must also provide <br />the city with a copy of the property deed to verify ownership. <br />Comments on the proposed amendments may be submitted in writing to Jeff Petry, Parking <br />Services Manager, Planning & Development Department, 99 West 1 Oth Avenue, Eugene , Oregon <br />97401, or via e-mail to parking@ci.eugene.or.us. To be considered, written and e-mail comments <br />must be received within 15 days from the date of posting as indicated below. If the City Manager <br />chooses to take action after considering the comments received, the proposed or modified fees will <br />be adopted by administrative order. <br />Jon R.
