_Section~ Section 4.990 of the Eugene Code~ 1971~ is amended by amending the penalties for violations of Sections 4.808 and 4.910~ and adding penalties for violations of Sections 4.810~ 4.907 and 4.977 of the Eugene Code, 197 l, in numerical order to the penalty table in Subsection (1) thereof'.., as follows: Penalties 4.990 Pena_!!ies * Specific.
