ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED <br /> <br /> Northern Alternative (called the Modified Project in the SEIS) which lies north of the railroad <br /> tracks west of Danebo Avenue. This alternative provides the flyover at the Highway 99/WEP <br /> connectiom Alignment is located on exception lands. <br /> <br />* Southern Alternative which reconnects with West 11th Avenue east of Green Hill Road. The <br /> alternative provides the flyover at the Highway 99/WEP connection. Alignment does not require <br /> goal exceptions. <br /> <br /> Southern (Modified) Alternative, an alignment variation of the Southern Alternative that lies <br /> somewhat to the north of the other Southern Alternative and connects with West 11 th Avenue <br /> slightly west of the other Southern Alternative but east of Green Hill Road. This alternative <br /> provides the flyover at the Highway 99/WEP connection.
