~NCOMPATIBLE ADJACENT LAND USES iN THE WEP PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />There is no commercial use occurring in the project area, and one public fhcility, the BPA Lane <br />Substation, is located south of Highway 126, near the west end of the project.
