Those waters then flow to Amazon Creek in Dead Cow Creek and to <br />an unnamed channel near Green Hill Road. The ~P provides large culverts for the continued <br />floTM of Dead COw Creek and the unnamed channel. <br /> <br />ODOT worked with ODFW to design elements to minimize fragrnentation effects on wildlife <br />and roached an agreement on those elements in November 1994. All of the elements ODFW <br />requested are included in the current design. 72aese include: <br /> <br />3-foot high fencing imbedded in a concrete base along both sides of the roadway in the <br />1.3-mile kection a~d along the south side of the highv~ay at Bertelsen slough.
