ORDINANCE NO. 20262 <br /> <br />AN O]~A)INANCE CONCERNING ACTS PROHIBITED AT <br />NIGHT AND AMENDING SECTION 4.68i) OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971~ <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section L Subsection (2) of Section 4.680 of the Euge~ae Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br />4~680 Acts Prohibited at Nig_hAht. <br /> (2) Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. of one day and 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding <br />day, no person shatl be in a city' park 'unless driving, bicycling, walking or otherMse moving through <br />the park on lawfut business within the public street right-of-way or officially-designated bicycle path <br />or sidewalk, or authorized to be in the park by the city manager or the manager's designee. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
