The site and surrounding area shall be considered appropriate for low-density residential use. (Policy 6) <br />The site for the proposed annexation is located in the North Region, Unincorporated Subarea. The site is zoned agricultural. The existing building on Tax Lot 03000 complies with current agricultural (AG) zoning. There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot 02900. EC 9.9700 13(b) Transportation Element criterion is not applicable. <br />(c) The City shall continue to provide direct access from Coburg Road to the Kinney Loop subdivision via Kinney Loop. If in the future access onto Coburg Road from Kinney Loop becomes a hazard, the City shall consider the addition of an access point to the Kinney Loop area via Crescent Avenue. This additional access to Kinney Loop off Crescent Avenue should be to provide access to the Kinney Loop subdivision only and should not connect through to other areas. (Policy 3) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot 02900.
