<br />CHUCK ROfIRE <br />Senior Consultant <br /> <br />Chuck Rohre is a Senior Consultant for The Waters Consulting Group, Inc. (WCG). In this role, he is <br />responsible for managing and conducting executive recruitment engagements for the frrm to insure their <br />integrity, timeliness and adherence to budget parameters. Chuck has more than 30 years of experience in <br />managing and consulting in both the private and public sectors. He has served as Police Chief and Director <br />of Public Safety for North Texas municipalities with populations ranging from 9,000 to 200,000 plus. Prior <br />to beginning his consulting career, Mr. Rohre served for three years as Police Chief of Piano, Texas. <br /> <br />Chuck joined the fmn in January 2006 following a I3-year engagement with another nationally recognized <br />public sector search firm where he managed the Texas and Southwestern operations. He has an extensive <br />and succ.essful track record of completed recruitment across the nation, primarily in the Midwestern and <br />Southwestern states. He has also conducted management-consulting assignments in a number of areas <br />including public safety, career development and strategic plalUling. Chuck completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation's <br />prestigious LEEDS course at Quantico, Virginia.
