Section %7120 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: Lv Manufactuyed Dwelling Permits. (1) Temporary manufactured dwelling hardship permit approvals shall be valid for 12 months after the effective date of approval or until the hardship ceases to exist, whichever occurs first. (2) The permittee may submit a renewal application provided the renewal application is submitted not less than 45 days prior to the expiration of the currently approved permit. The renewal application shall be submitted on a form approved by the city manager. The renewal shall be approved~ according to a Type I process, if the applicant provides a written communication as described in EC 9.8615(1) showing continued hardship.
