Section %7120 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br /> Lv Manufactuyed Dwelling Permits. <br />(1) Temporary manufactured dwelling hardship permit approvals shall be valid for <br /> 12 months after the effective date of approval or until the hardship ceases to <br /> exist, whichever occurs first. <br />(2) The permittee may submit a renewal application provided the renewal <br /> application is submitted not less than 45 days prior to the expiration of the <br /> currently approved permit. The renewal application shall be submitted on a <br /> form approved by the city manager. The renewal shall be approved~ according <br /> to a Type I process, if the applicant provides a written communication as <br /> described in EC 9.8615(1) showing continued hardship.
