Subsections (1), (2), and (3) of Section 9.3215 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are <br /> <br />amended to provide: <br /> <br />93215 <br /> <br /> ~i~de_S_pecial Area Zone Development Standards. <br />(1) Application of Standards, In addition to applicable provisions contained <br /> elsewhere in this land use code, the development standards listed in Table <br /> 9.3215 S-DW Downtov, m Westside Special Area Zone Development Standards <br /> in this section, and in EC 9.3216 ~r)ecial Development Standards for Table <br /> 9.3215 shall apply to all development within this zone. In cases of conflict, the <br /> development standards specifically applicable in the S-DW special area zone <br /> shall apply~ <br />(2) Residential Standards. Except as provided in this section or EC 9.3216 <br /> ~ecial Develonment Stal!dards for Table 9.3215, all residential development <br /> shall be subject to the standards established for the R-4 zone. <br />(3) Commercial and Office Standards (any non-residential uses).
