When she entered a <br />room, the lights got brighter and laughter increased. <br />She was gifted with children, dancing, cooking, <br />and art. Her future included traveling the world and <br />becoming a pediatrician or pediatric nurse. Noelle <br />was killed at age 23 ½, the night she was celebrating <br />her half birthday.
