A list of the River Guides members is in Attachment B. <br /> <br />Next Steps If the Agency Board passes a motion to fund the $5 million gap for the Park and to provide the initial $4 million for the Plaza, the City Manager will put forth a motion to the Budget Committee for consideration to add these appropriations to the FY20 Recommended Budget. <br />Part 2: Other Riverfront Urban Renewal Investment Opportunities There are a number of other potential investment opportunities within the Riverfront District. Agency Board input is sought on the projects listed below to help prioritize the use of remaining Riverfront Urban Renewal funds and to clarify a desired process for Agency Board consideration of future investments. Additional information on each project and a map of the District is in Attachment C. Potential future investments include: <br />• Adaptive Reuse of the Steam Plant <br />• Affordable Housing – Lot 10A of Downtown Riverfront Redevelopment <br />• Parking <br />• EWEB Headquarters <br />• Willamette to Willamette Implementation <br />• Shared Use Path East of the Frohnmayer Bridge <br />• Mill Race Partnership <br />• Baker Center <br />• Greyhound Block <br />• City ¼-Block on SE corner of 8th & Pearl <br />• Broadway and Hilyard Remnant <br />• Franklin Boulevard <br />PREVIOUS COUNCIL DIRECTION July 9, 2018, Work Session <br /> Agency Board authorized the Agency Director to approve a disposition and development agreement consistent with the terms included in Attachment B [of that AIS, which included City's construction and management of the publicly owned, 1-acre plaza (in addition to 3-acre Riverfront Park)]. In addition, the Agency Board directed the Agency Director to negotiate for additional greenspace and, if more green space is possible, return to Agency with revised terms. [Following that direction, an additional 5,000 square feet of green space was added to the plaza.] July 18, 2018 City Council Meeting <br /> City Council moved to adopt the resolution adopting “Picture. Plan. Play. A Vision and Implementation Plan for Eugene’s Parks and Recreation System.”
