ORDINANCE NO. 20279 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR <br />VIOLATION OF SECTION 4.240 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1971, USE AND POSSESSION OF LESS THAN ONE OIJ~NCE <br />OF MA~JUANA; AND AMENDING SECTION 4~990 OF THE <br />EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br /> <br /> THE CI-TY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Subsection (1) of Section 4.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by <br />revising the penalty for violation of Section 4.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, as follows: <br /> <br />4.990 Penalties - Specific. <br /> (1) Violation of the following sections is punishable by fine or confinement in <br />j ail, or both, up m the amounts indicated opposite each: <br /> S_ _ection Penalty <br /> 4.240 250 fine <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, <br />is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971, ;o the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />l0ta day of February, 20t}3. <br /> <br />Depu~l~~ City Recorder - <br /> <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />10ta day of February, 2003~ <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
