EXPAND UGB AT CLEAR LAKE ROAD <br />The Eugene City Council is in the process of reviewing a proposed <br />expansion of the Urban Growth Boundary to include 650 more acres <br />designated for employment use. This expansion has been proposed <br />to accommodate future employment growth projected by Envision <br />Eugene. <br />TARGETED BUSINESS ASSISTANCE STRATEGY <br />The City’s Community Development Division is creating a targeted <br />business assistance strategy that includes a variety of business loans <br />and incentive opportunities to engage Bethel businesses, ideally <br />collaborating with the Bethel Business Alliance. <br />REBRAND BETHEL AREA TO ALIGN WITH POSITIVE TRAJECTORY <br />Shifting the perception of Bethel is key to attracting residents and <br />businesses to the area.
