Section 33~ The City Recorder, ar the request of, or with the concurrence of the Civj Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any' reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. Section 34. If any section, subsection~ sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance is fbr any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction~ such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. Section 35.
