The small lot provisions are intended to increase <br /> opportunk~es for affordable housing, home ownership, and infill development. <br /> The small lot standards in subsection (3) shall apply when, as part of a <br /> subdivision or partition, a lot is proposed which has less than 4,500 square feet <br /> in lot area.
