SO here's what's wrong: The river overlook is pretentious, trivial, unnecessary, disrespectful of the public and wild areas, and frankly, makes me worry about the ability of the people who are designing this project. The interior additions are incoherent, poorly-shaped, and unrigorous, making terrible, wasteful use of the space.
