The 27-acre property is currently owned <br />by the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) <br />and has been used for industrial purposes for <br />much of the last 100 years. The UO Foundation <br />conducted due diligence and negotiations with <br />EWEB and the City of Eugene for the property’s <br />purchase.
