403 Opening more of the riverfront to the citizens of Eugene! This vibrant and important natural feature of our city has been mostly unavailable to the public, other than the walking trail and just 2 restaurants. This is not an answer. The best use of any space anywhere is to have collaborative art and with that a real learning experience. One of the greatest things to value is perspective. This town does not need a new way to make money. It needs more ways for its citizens to express art and to absorb art and to have greater perspective, which helps our understanding. Art was made in caves after the catalyst revealed our creative mind to us. Our values have shifted in an unimaginably awful way into the patriarcal, big business, surveillance culture. May we, the great artistic Eugene people, please have the right to all things art.
