ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-19-03 <br />ofthe <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br />REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-17-05 ESTABLISHING <br />DRONE USE POLICIES FOR CITY OF EUGENE EMPLOYEES. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002 , the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City. <br />B. On June 6, 2017, I issued Administrative Order No. 21-17-05 adopting amended <br />Drone Use Policies for City of Eugene Employees. <br />C. A policy governing the use of drones by City employees and agents has been added <br />to the City's Administrative Policy Manual. Therefore , the Drone Use Policies adopted by <br />Administrative Order No. 21-17-05 are no longer necessary and I find that they should be repealed. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that Administrative Order No. 21-17-05 1s <br />repealed. <br />Dated and effective this .tl.J..-day of ~'--, 2019. <br />Jon R.
