Options will be presented for the development of additional capacity for: <br />homeless outreach and crisis response; prevention and diversion of homelessness; a <br />highly functional coordinated entry system that actively works with those in need of <br />housing and services; a navigation center services and a low-barrier shelter as a vehicle to <br />move more participants into permanent housing with the appropriated health and social <br />service supports that they need; and the development of additional Permanent Supportive <br />May 13, 2019, Joint Work Session – Item 1
