At the time <br />of planting, deciduous trees used for mitigation must have a <br />minimum diameter of 2 inches as measured by American <br />Association of Nurserymen Standards and evergreen trees used <br />for mitigation must be a minimum of 6 feet in height. <br />d.Mitigation is not available for trees located on portions of the <br />development site at or above 900 feet in elevation. <br />6.Tree Preservation Area Alternative.
