Except as provided in this section or EC 9.3216 <br />Special Development Standards for Table 9.3215, all residential development <br />shall be subject to the standards established for the R-4 zone. Accessory <br />dwellings shall be subject to the R-4 standards, except EC 9.2751(17). <br />Section 15.
