Ordinance - Page 2 of 2 <br />authority over parking operations on the property, who have requested <br />the exemption using a form developed by the City. The request form <br />shall require the property address where the exemption will apply, the <br />name of the responsible person, and the mailing address for the <br />responsible person. It shall be the responsible person’s obligation to <br />update the mailing address by informing the City of any changes. <br />Exemptions are not transferable. <br />Section 2. The University of Oregon (UO) must provide Council the following information <br />every year by April 1: (1) Data for the prior four football seasons regarding tailgating, traffic, and <br />alcohol-related arrests; (2) Any change, or anticipated change, to: (a) the no-retry policy; (b) the <br />use of alcohol monitors and event staff to enforce UO’s zero tolerance policy for under-age <br />drinking in and around Autzen Stadium; (c) the method of managing game-day parking in the <br />surrounding neighborhoods; or, (d) the policies and practices implemented during the 2018 <br />football season designed to reduce overserving and overconsumption of alcohol. <br />Section 3.
