PASSED 6:1, Councilor Taylor opposed.

MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to direct the City Manager to schedule a public hearing for May 28, 2019. PASSED
7:0.
The meeting adjourned at 12:47 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Beth Forrest City Recorder (Recorded by Cas Casados) Link to the webcast of this City Council meeting: here.
