Resolution 4716 Approving the Oregon Business Development Fund Project <br /> Proposal of Forrest Paint, Inc. <br /> <br /> Councilor Kelly, seconded by Councilor Pap~, moved to approve the items on <br /> the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />Councilor Taylor pulled Item B. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman pulled items C and D. <br /> <br />Councilor Kelly offered the following minutes changes: <br /> <br /> February 11 work session, page 9: in the second paragraph add "ballot measure" after <br /> the words "November 2002." <br /> February 20 work session, page 6: in the last line of paragraph 8, add "programs" after <br /> the word "development." <br /> February 27 work session, insert correct date on the footer. <br /> February 27 work session, page 6: in the fourth paragraph insert "...responded that it <br /> was not a good guys or bad guys situation." <br /> March 13 work session, page 1: Betty Taylor should be listed as present. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman offered the following minutes suggestions: <br /> <br /> February 20 work session, page 4, include a summary of her comments speaking to the <br /> motion. <br /> February 20 work session, page 7, delete "...support the community..." and insert ".. <br /> .remain viable..." <br /> March 11 work session, page 8, paragraph 5, insert "that" before the word "amendment." <br /> March 11 regular session, page 6, delete "...and added that the board needed funding" <br /> and insert "...and added that the funding costs had decreased from the previous year." <br /> March 11 regular session, page 7, include the issues she cited for pulling the item and <br /> proposing the motion. <br /> <br />In response to Councilor Taylor's question regarding the Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority <br />discussion in the tentative working agenda, Item B, City Manager Carlson said it had been added <br />that day. <br /> <br /> MINUTES--Eugene City Council April 8, 2002 Page 4 <br /> Regular Session <br /> <br /> <br />
