I helped pass and introduced <br />sanctuary ordinances at the county level. I believe commissions <br />should provide the city with actionable items and I have done so <br />over the last 3 years. <br />M <br />Human Rights Commission <br /> Joel A. Eugene and <br />Oregon have been changing dramatically in the last 20 <br />years.
