July 8, 2019, Meeting – Item 4 <br />CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION The City Manager has no recommendation on this item; the appointments are made by council. <br /> <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTIONS The Human Rights Commission has four vacancies this year. Councilors selected nine total applicants to make statements. One incumbent-applicant received enough votes to be nominated for reappointment. Among all other applicants, none received the five or more votes necessary to be included in a staff-prepared motion to nominate.
