Please be specific. <br />Well knowing what people want of you and not what you need to do for yourself but knowing what <br />people need help with. <br />2 How has your personal experience prepared you to do the work of a Human Rights Commissioner? Please <br />be specific. <br />Not being rude to people. Not saying my life sucks or Eugene is a bad place to live. <br />3 What do you see as the three most pressing human rights issues in Eugene? Select the most important and <br />explain why. <br />Well if someone needing something really bad of needing a place or food to eat I will help them get a <br />place to stay at, at no cost and do it of way of being kind. <br />4 Describe your specific strengths and weaknesses that would allow you to negotiate group situations in which <br />members hold strong, differing opinions.
