MovingAhead Spring 2019 Outreach Summary 21 <br />Build a Package <br />Participants could build their own package, choosing one of three options — No-build, Enhanced <br />Corridor and EmX Corridor — for each of the five MovingAhead corridors. <br />The exercise was not required; 227 of the 291 participants completed it. They assembled 56 complete, <br />discrete packages. Only about half were replicated by more than one participant — and only seven <br />packages (listed below) were replicated by 10 or more builders. The leading package by far was EmX on <br />all routes, except Enhanced Corridor on MLK, Jr. Blvd. — identical to the EmX draft package. The closest <br />runner-up was No-build on all corridors.
